X103 announces ‘X-Fest’ lineup

Verizon Wireless Music Center’s stage turned into a musical playground filled with back flips, air kicks, sparklers, pyrotechnics and even foam sprayed over the nearly sold-out audience during the Jonas Brothers concert Wednesday night.
